On check-out, you will have 3 options below.

Options 1 - Pay By Card: You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card using our secure square checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please note this may take a few moments depending on your internet connection. Please stay online for your order confirmation.

Option 2 - Paypal: Simply pay with your PayPal account or if you don't have one you can checkout as a PayPal guest using your credit or debit card.

Option 3 - Invoice: If you are having trouble paying online. You can request an invoice by email. Once your invoice has been paid we will release your rug for delivery. Invoices can be paid by debit or crdit card.

PayPal eCheque: Orders will only be processed once full payment has cleared.

Yes, now we can deliver to most parts of Europe. Please contact to confirm delivery address before making an order.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from UPS delivery service and/or Hull Rugs confirming your tracking details.

If the delivery date is not suitable for you, you can contact UPS directly to change your delivery day or choose a collection point.

We have in-stock rugs and rugs that need ordering in from our supplier.

UK Delivery Rugs are ordered from our supplier and shipped out the next working day. We will keep you informed on the delivery of your order. Please make sure you provide us with your correct email at check out. Please check your junk mail for our confirmation email.

Our inventory is updated every 24 hours. Please be aware that rugs may have been purchased since the last stock check and may now be unavailable.

We update our inventory every 24 hours but If any rugs are no longer in stock when you order, we will refund you the same way you paid. If paying by debit card please be aware your refund may take between 2- 7 working days to return into your account.

Fast and FREE Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return your rug free of charge. Please contact us to arrange a collection for you. info@hullrugs.co.uk 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit card/PayPal (or original method of payment).
Refunds can take up to 7 working days depending on method of payment.

Yes, If you would like to purchase more than one rug dont worry about the delivery cost it will still be the same. Add your rugs to the basket and check-out as normal. Or if you would like to contact us prior to ordering we can check stock and arrange this for you info@hullrugs.co.uk

As soon as your order is processed it is scanned and picked up by UPS courier service. Once the rug is in the hands of the courier it is down to UPS to get the rug to you.UPS will send you tracking information as soon as it is available.
In the unlikely event of a delay or missing parcel, you are more than welcome to contact us and we can try and sort this out for you or you can contact them yourself with your tracking number. If the rug is lost in transit you can request a refund or we will send you another rug out as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, at the moment there is no contact telephone number although we may text you with tracking information, we have no landline.

We are fully online based shopping experience and find it easier to answer your questions online.

All our rugs are the rugs specified on the picture. All  rugs are from legitimate suppliers that conform to safety standards and fire regulations. Please be aware of online sellers using copyright images to sell other cheaper ranges of rugs. Although rugs may look similar, not all rugs are the same in design and quality.  All our rugs come with a guarantee and refund policy.
We are constantly reviewing and improving pictures to ensure they are as accurate as possible but there are too many variables for us to be able to guarantee that all rugs will be the same colour as depicted on your screen. Colours also vary on different computers/Laptops due to different screen brightness and contrasts. Images come either directly from our supplier or in-stock rugs are taken by one of the team at Hull Rugs.

NO, We are an ethical retailer. We and our suppliers support all initiatives opposed to child labour across the world and many of our rugs carry the Rugmark, GoodWeave, Kaleen or Care & Fair labels although unfortunately labels don't always get onto every rug that is produced under the guidelines of these organisations.
